Is the renovation price really fixed before I buy?+

Yes. Our contractor walks the home with you and gives you a written, fixed-price quote before you close. If they go over on their end, the cost guarantee covers it.

How much do I need for a down payment?+

As low as 5% of the total (purchase price plus renovations). For example, on a $700K home with $100K of renos, that is 5% of $800K, or $40,000. Your renovation costs are bundled into the mortgage, so you do not pay for them out of pocket.

Do I need cash on hand for the renovations?+

No. Your renovation budget is rolled into the mortgage. You do not need a separate pile of money to fix up the home.

What if I am already working with a realtor or a mortgage broker?+

ReadyHome runs through Found Spaces Realty Group and our hand-picked specialists. The fixed pricing and the locked financing depend on this team. If you want the program, you come through us.

What if the contractor goes off track?+

Every project is backed by four written promises: cost, quality, design satisfaction, and on-time delivery. If they miss, they pay or they fix it.

What kinds of homes qualify?+

Homes with cosmetic work, unfinished basements, suite potential, dated finishes, a few upgrades to feel finished, or even homes where you want to add a pool. Your certified ReadyHome agent will only show you homes that fit.

Does the program cost extra?+

There is no separate program fee. Standard real estate, mortgage, and renovation costs apply through your team, all priced up front so you know what you are signing up for.
